- Our beef is Pasture Raised, Grain finished.
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve HALF cow or $700 to reserve WHOLE cow
- Bulk Beef is $4.50/lb for HALF cow, $4.25/lb for WHOLE cow
- Price is based off of hanging weight- estimated to be 400-700lbs (divide by 2 for HALF cow)
- You will receive 50-70% of edible beef from the original hanging weight

- You will pick your beef up directly from Processor at 2099 C B Eller School Rd, Elkin, NC 28621.
- We pay kill fee, you pay processing fee at pickup at $0.85/lb
- Once beef is in your possession, no refunds will be given, as the cow can not be "put back on the shelf".
